In 1990, after a two-decades long experience as a pastry chef, and driven by an ever-growing demand for high quality frozen food, Mr Mazzilli creates Mazzilli S.r.l. (limited liability company).

During these years, we have worked with the objective of coming out on top of the italian domestic market, and we obtained very important results.

Proud of those results, we are now offering our products on the foreign markets.

Moreover, over the last few years, we have been focusing over the small-scale retailers market, putting in place targeted marketing operations.

Thanks to the enhancement of our vehicle fleet we are able to guarantee the delivery directly to the single vendor, facilitating the direct relation between the producer and the buyer.

All plant floors are coated with antacid resin, the plant rooms are equipped with isothermal panels with protective film, baseboards and stainless steel channels certified for the food sector.

With the help of modern laboratories for physical, chemical and microbiological analysis, our QC division monitors every step of the production chain from the selection of the raw materials to the shipment of the finished products.
