Mini Pizzas
Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0, lard, sugar, pizza mix (compound of vegetable fats: palm and coconut, milk proteins, melted cheese, butter, salt, acidity correctors E330, E331, preservative E202) tomato, olives, dextrose, yeast, salt.
Baking: Grease the baking tray with butter or use parchment paper. Let the products
defrost at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake them at 230°/250°C.
