Panzarotto


 

Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 00, lard, sugar, filling mix (vegetable fats: palm and coconut, milk proteins, chopped italian mozzarella, butter, salt, acidity regulator, E330, E331, preservative E202), tomato, dextrose , yeast, salt.

Allergens: soy and lactose gluten.


 

Baking:

 

Uncooked panzarottino

Pour the still frozen panzerottinos directly into boiling oil and let them fry for two or three minutes, turning them over several times, until they are golden brown. Before frying more panzerottinos, make sure the oil has returned to high temperature.

Prefried panzarottino

Ventilated oven: bake the still frozen products at a temperature of 220 ° / 230 ° for about 6/7 minutes.

Microwave oven: bake the still frozen products for 2 minutes.
