Savoury Empty Croissant


Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0, vegetable margarine (palm fats soybean oil, sunflower oil and corn oils in variable proportions, E471 emulsifier, acidifying agents: E330) sugar, yeast, salt, colouring: E160a.

 

Baking: Grease the baking tray with butter or use parchment paper. Let the products 

defrost at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake them at 230°/250°C.
