Puff Pastry Sfoglini


Ingredients: soft wheat flour type 0, vegetable margarine (palm fats, soybeans, sunflower and maize in variable proportion, emulsifiers: E471, acidifying agents: E 330), sugar, yeast, salt.

 

Baking: Grease the baking tray with butter or use parchment paper. Let the products

defrost at room temperature for 15 minutes and bake them at 170 - 180°C for about 20 minutes.
